Knit Fabric (stretchy) - for headband / ear warmers

This will feel like leggings, t-shirt, or yoga pants material. You can purchase it in pre-cut selections or from a bolt. Or you can upcycle from knit clothing.

You Need: 

• ¼ yard or .25 meter of stretchy knit with at least 5% Lycra/Spandex
• Examples: Cotton 95%/ Lycra 5% or Polyester 90%/Spandex 10% 
• Common names: Cotton Lycra or Double brushed poly or Jersey

Tips: Don’t get something that is very slippery, it will be hard to sew and hard to keep on as a headband.
